Rent for each store is only $3,500 NNN per month with a 10+5-year lease available! All leases are NNN with a refundable jobber security deposit of $15,000.

Because the Jobber is collecting Zero Goodwill, the lease will also state that upon a subsequent sale of any location, the landlord will receive 50% of the goodwill purchase price that the Buyer receives for any given location.

Jobber is the landlord and will control the fuel and make 100% of the fuel profits. In return, the jobber will pay for ALL credit card fees inside and outside the store! Jobber will also pay for all fuel-related maintenance!

The jobber is unable to provide the most recent numbers because the company has 650+ stores and does not have proper recordkeeping per store since the employees are running the show. Because of the limited financial information, the company is asking for zero goodwill.
