      Option 4: The rent will be $5,000 NNN if the jobber contract is Rack+1 Contract; with you making 100% of the Fuel profits. Buyer will pay 100% of credit card fees inside and outside.

      Car wash present at the location! Buyer can take over the car wash for an additional rent of $2,500! Current equipment needs to be upgraded and therefore the Landlord is willing to give 18 months free rent for buyer to assist with upgrading the equipment! If the buyer does not wish to take the car wash then that is fine as well.

      Licenses to take over the business will be available on a management agreement!
